Hey, I’m Roxy, I’m 18 and I’m from Estonia — Tallinn, to be exact. I grew up right by the sea, so the sound of waves and the old town lights are kinda my whole vibe. Right now I’m finishing high school and figuring out life after graduation. I speak Estonian, English and a little Russian, so my head is often a mess of three languages at once. I love grey rainy days (typical Estonian lol), but also the crazy bright summer nights when the sun barely sets. I’m that friend who will drag you on a spontaneous ferry to Helsinki just because we can. Oh, and I have a black cat named Mõmmi who acts like she owns me — which she does.

Turns On Honestly? Solitude with music in my ears, walking through the cobblestone streets of the old town at 11 PM. I love dark wave, indie and anything dreamy. Also — bouldering! Nothing makes me feel stronger than hanging off a wall like a confused spider. I love thrift shopping for oversized hoodies, making vision boards, and drinking chai lattes while watching the ferries leave the harbor.

Turns Off Small talk that goes nowhere, people who fake their whole personality for Instagram likes. I hate when someone says “you’re too quiet” — like, sorry I’m not performing for you? Also, loud supermarkets, rude bus drivers, and when my headphones die in the middle of a good song. And winter darkness when it’s 3 PM and feels like midnight — yes, I’m Estonian, but even I have limits.
